HCG level of 16 She has an appointment with a new doctor tomorrow (unrelated, just wanted to switch practices) so she will know more then. We are assuming it is a miscarriage/CP but it seems odd the HCG only went down by 1 and didn't have any more drastic changes either way.Along with:-Beta hCG levels usually double about every 2 days for the first four weeks of pregnancy.-As pregnancy progresses the doubling time becomes longer.
